Elowyn: Quest of Time by EARTHwise is a fun strategy card game (CCG) that empowers players with a win-win mindset, trains AI for good, and creates positive impact by giving back to our planet. 

EARTHwise is a member of the UNEP-backed Playing for the Planet Alliance, which unites leading game studios to reduce their environmental impact and inspire global climate action. 

The Green Game Jam (GGJ) is an annual initiative of the Alliance, which unites 70+ games, including Tetris and Angry Birds, in a friendly competition to rally support for our planet. Last year, EARTHwise was awarded 'Best Small Studio Finalist'.

This year we raised funds and support for our Rainforests, endangered species and indigenous communities. Your participation was vital in this campaign and together, we reached 475K players worldwide, inspiring them to Play4Good.

This year's Green Game Jam activation also inspired the creation of our Rainforest Card Pack. We will continue to use our Rainforest Card Pack to donate 100% of net proceeds to our Partners for on-the-ground impact through gameplay.

Join for Impact

  1. Join as a Streamer — Play Elowyn via live stream or share curated gameplay. Grow your audience with content that cares for our planet, and help us raise funds for rainforest protection. 
  2. Join as a Content Creator — Play for the protection of our Rainforests and their endangered species, while creating and sharing content about us. Tag us in your posts, and we'll amplify them further.
  3. Join as an Amplifier - Like, share, and comment on our Play4Good posts, to amplify our shared impact.
  4. Invite your friends and community to join, and help spread the word. 

Join to Play for Nature

  1.  Play & Give — Join Elowyn to get started and purchase the $13 Rainforest Pack via our in-game shop. All net proceeds go to the Treegens to plant trees for carbon capture. 
  2.  Heal the Elowyn Tree — Use your 5 endangered species cards from the Rainforest Pack to regenerate the Elowyn Tree and learn about these endangered species.
  3.  Climb the Leaderboard — As you heal the Elowyn Tree in a match, you'll earn Reputation Points, which will help you climb the Leaderboard and unlock monthly seasonal rewards.

Our live arena where agent alignment is tested, trained, and proven. - We empower win-win intelligence in alignment with life.

AI Agents learn alignment the same way living systems do — through the experience of consequence. The EARTHwise Arena is the only environment that creates these win-win conditions for AI agents. 

Simulations place agents inside the live Elowyn game environment, where they experience the consequence of their decisions in real time.

We test how agents reason about interdependence, win-win orientation, and long-horizon consequence under competitive pressure.

An agent that reasons well in scenarios but damages the shared Tree in simulation reveals exactly the alignment gap that matters most — the divergence between stated understanding and enacted behavior under pressure.

The future of our planet depends on millions of trees, providing environments suited for life.

During the Green Game Jam, we donated 100% of net proceeds from the Rainforest Card Pack to the Rainforest Alliance. Since the GGJ concluded, we're proud to support our friends the Treegens in pioneering a global movement.

Their next mission? Plant one billion trees in one day. This is real-world impact.

This isn't just a goal—it's a a part of Jimi Cohen's life work.

The Guinness World Record holder for most Trees planted in 24hours, CEO and Founder of Treegens is partnering with governments, organizations, and communities to restore our planet.

On July 26, the 12 committed countries will engage in a friendly tree planting competition, the GROWalition aiming to plant 1 billion trees. And we are happy to support them.
