Elowyn Realm Recap & Community Updates

The past few weeks in Elowyn have been full of meaningful progress across the realm. From growing player numbers and thousands of battles fought, to community events and important improvements behind the scenes.

Here’s a look back at what has been happening across the Elowyn ecosystem.

Expanding the Elowyn Knowledge Base

Mid-February we expanded the Elowyn Game Library on Discord to make it easier for players to access resources that support their gameplay. Players can now explore a growing collection of:

• gameplay insights and guides
• faction Hero discussions
• deeper explanations of Hero abilities and powers
• strategy conversations around game dynamics

These spaces help both new and experienced players better understand Elowyn’s strategic depth while sharing play tips with the community.

The third week of our Immutable Quests for Elowyn attracted strong engagement with thousands of active players adding their creative play into the realm.

Celebrating Elowyn Trivia and Game Nights

Community events continued to bring players together in fun and unexpected ways.

One of the highlights was our Elowyn Trivia Game Night, which turned into a joyful evening full of laughter, friendly competition, and playful teasing among players.

Events like these have become an important part of the Elowyn community - strengthening connections between players while creating memorable shared moments.

We also participated in Immutable's Gamenight with Elowyn, which really put us to the test. Seasoned gamers attended, asked meaningful questions, and tested out the game live (some for the first time). We're hugely grateful for the positive feedback while still at Alpha. You can watch the recording here.

The event brought many new members to both of our communities, with a noticeable surge in gameplay engagement and activity on our Discord. Our collaboration with Immutable continues to be an exciting step forward for the ecosystem, and we’re grateful for the shared enthusiasm between both communities. Thank you for shaping Elowyn with us.

Major Gameplay Milestone

The arena has been busy.

Since 23 January this year, 87,000 daily matches have been played in Elwoyn! Each contributing new strategies, evolving tactics, and the ongoing development of the game’s meta, while training our AI for good! It's noticeable how players are getting smarter in win-win tactics as well as deception activate and deception decode mechanics! There's a lot more positive movement now on the Leaderboard.

The Elowyn ecosystem continues to grow strongly, now with:

• 50.5K on wishlists
• 30K unique active players (UAW)
• 4K average daily players

Even more encouraging is that player retention continues to strengthen, and that this traction is happening before our monetization features are live.

This reinforces something we care deeply about: that Elowyn’s win-win gameplay and strategic depth create genuine engagement AND value for players.

Win-Win Gameplay Momentum

Following the Immutable Gameplay Night, we saw a significant increase in Win-Win challenge completions:

• 3.933 Win-Win quest completions (+568.14%)

This jump reflects just how actively players are experimenting with Elowyn's unique time-based strategy and learning how to master it.

Development Progress and Platform Improvements

Behind the scenes, our development team at Frag has continued to improve the stability and performance of the game. During such periods, the game will be offline for a short period to allow for new updates and bug fixes to strengthen core systems and implement improvements, contributing to;

• enhanced server security
• faster load times
• improved stability during peak player activity
• gameplay improvements across gameplay

Thanks to the active engagement and love for the game from our community members, bugs that also wanted early access to the game have been readily identified and dealt with, one at a time.

The Realm Continues to Grow

More adventurers are entering the world of Elowyn every week.

Today, the player base reached over 30,000 explorers, all contributing to the evolving strategies, battles, and social connections that define the game.

We’re also seeing more players embrace Win-Win gameplay strategies, creating a unique dynamic where competition and cooperation coexist within the same system.

Sneak Peeks of What’s Next

During a recent community call, our fierce and loving leader, Anneloes, shared a preview of the upcoming Elowyn Game Shop and Marketplace, giving players a first look at what’s coming next.

The in-game Shop and Marketplace will allow players to use their EWA Points for:

• card pack purchases
• card fusions and upgrades
• strategic deck enhancements
• Stamina purchases

These additions will open up new possibilities for deck creativity and gameplay experimentation, which we are very excited about.
